Why Coach With Sarah?

As a fellow creative, I have devoted my adult years to pursuing the arts. From diving into the actor's grind of classes and auditions, to producing a sitcom web series, joining the writing team for a preteen comedy-educational series, and working as a crew member on film sets, to now writing a fantasy novel, learning the publishing business, and leading a dance worship ministry, this road has been quite the adventure! It’s been filled with ups and downs, hopes and doubts, and has required a level of tenacity, patience, and courage that is unlike anything I could have predicted when first embarking on this path.

Throughout the journey I have led various groups of fellow creatives and heard many stories of the challenges artists face. I spent years in ministry school and in my own coaching and counseling, growing in discovering what’s inside my heart and getting free from lies and fears. Learning how to be courageous and kind to myself in the process of creating. To take risks and be compelled by love. This is why I say the phrase “Love fully. Create freely.” Being a creative is about so much more than simply what you produce.

In coaching, I will offer you practical wisdom and tools as I encourage you in taking risks and in growing in connection to yourself.
